We have stayed a number of times here. The staff are always ready to help in anyway they can. Our room was spotless and well maintained. Every time we leave we feel a little sadness. Thank you to all your staff for everything. Keep up the great work

It was a pleasant experience to stay at Holiday Inn Resort, Penang. Room was very beautifully decorated and comfortable with all facilities including electric kettle, iron and above all a safe locker. From reception desk staff to house-keeping staff, all were very friendly, pleasant and co-operative. Staff at the hotel's car porch so nice and co-operative. It was a nice stay at Holiday Inn Resort, Penang.

Although the breakfast was of quality, it will be more better if some varieties of Indian sub-continent foods are included in the menu.

From reception staff to house-keeping staff, all were very friendly, co-operative and pleasant. Room were very beautifully arranged and the facilities there were very nice. Moreover, all the staff was quick responsive if you have a problem.

Although the breakfast was good, the menu was limited. It would be better had some varieties of Indian sub-continent foods included in the menu.
